Refunds & Returns

We take great pride in creating handmade pieces with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of small-batch handmade goods, we do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll happily organise a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

Custom Orders

Custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Conditions for Approved Returns

If a return is approved (for a fault or error), all items must be:

  • unused
  • unwashed
  • in their original condition

We’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.
